REGISTRATION
INFORMATION
- Fees are due at registration. Teams will be officially registered when the payment is received.
- No team reservations are permitted.
The deadline for teams to be registered:
- If you register your team before, or on February 13th, 2026, you will be able to select
the design, colors, sizes, and t-shirt number of your choice.

- If you register your team after February 13th, 2026, you will select your uniforms from the designs we will have pre-made, with the numbers on the back from 1 to 10, and sizes M/L/XL. Registration after the deadline can also depend on limited spots.
- Register early to ensure your spot and to take advantage of the advertising!
Registration includes:
- 2 Soccer uniforms with company logo, based on 12 players per team including substitutes: (2 T-shirts, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of socks) per player.
- Teams may purchase additional T-shirts for company and family supporters at an extra cost. Please note that additional uniforms are not available for sale.
- All Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games, winners will continue playing and advancing to a single elimination championship.
Company branding recognition:
- Company Logo on soccer T-shirts
- Flag with company logo on the Soccer Field and Private Tent.
- Company logo recognition as a team participant in the Aviation Soccer Tournament marketing campaign.
- Individual animation for promotion.
- Team Pictures.
- Tournament Bag.
- Food and beverages at no cost (Cocktail, Breakfast/Lunch, Open Bar) throughout the 3-day event, for team and company members families and aviation participants.
- Professional referees and coordinators.
GENERAL
INFORMATION
Once your team is registered, you will receive further event instructions and detailed information, rules, regulations and disclaimers.
- The Aviation Soccer Tournament teams are going to be created by company members.
- Due to many companies not having enough soccer players, we accept 3 players from outside the company.
- NO PROFESSIONALS ALLOWED.
- The Tournament will run 7 versus 7, plus 3 substitutes per team.
- Tournament format will be set up based on the final number of registered teams.
- Certified referees will be present in all games.
- First-Aid trained personnel.
- Excellent Field quality.
- Winning team gets prizes and trophies.
- Additional programs include entertainment, music, food and more.
